摘 要:选用3种不同形貌的无机粒子与聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)共混制得复合膜,以增强其亲水性和机械强度,从而改善其性能。分别讨论无机粒子种类和无机粒子含量对相转化法制备无机粒子-PVDF复合膜机械性能和亲水性能的影响。结果表明,共混得到的复合膜的机械性强度和亲水性能都有所改善。综合考虑机械性能、亲水性、水通量这3种膜的基本性能,添加质量分数0.3%的锐钛矿型二氧化钛片状材料得到的复合膜的综合性能最佳。Three inorganic particles with different shape were chosen to blend with polyvinylidene fluoride for composite membranes in order to improve the hydrophilicity and mechanical strength of membrane to improve its performance. The effects of inorganic particles type and content on the mechanical properties and hydrophilic properties of inorganic particles-PVDF composite membranes prepared by phase inversion method were discussed. Through the addition of inorganic particles, we found that the mechanical strength and hydrophilicity of the composite membrane were improved. Considering mechanical properties, hydrophilicity, water flux of the three kinds of membranes basic performance, the composite membranes with 0.3% mass fraction anatase was the best.
