摘　　要：目的　探讨E cadherin基因在人非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与淋巴结转移和患者预后之间的关系。方法　应用免疫组化法对 13 8例人非小细胞肺癌组织E cadherin基因蛋白表达进行研究 ,同时以 2 3例正常肺组织作对照。结果　肺癌组织E cadherin阳性表达率 (4 1.48% )明显低于正常肺组织 (73 .12 % ) (P <0 .0 5 )。E cadherin阳性表达率与淋巴结转移和TNM分期有密切关系 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与肺癌的细胞分化程度、肿瘤大小、组织学类型及吸烟与否均无明显关系 (P >0 .0 5 )。E cadherin高表达组 (>40 % )术后 5年生存率 (5 1.43 % )显著高于低表达组 (≤ 40 % ) (2 1.67% ) (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　检测E cadherin基因表达水平可能有助于判断非小细胞肺癌患者的预后。Objective To explore the expression level of E cadherin gene and its relationship with lymph node metastasis and prognosis in patients with primary non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods The expression of E cadherin protein was detected in 138 human NSCLC tissues by immunohistochemistry, and 23 normal lung tissues as control. Results The positive rate of E cadherin expression (41.48%) in lung cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in normal lung tissues (73.12%) (P<0.05). E cadherin expression rate was closely related to lymph node metastasis (P<0.05) and TNM stages of lung cancer (P<0.05), but not to the size of the primary tumor (T), differentiation of cancer cell, histological classification and history of smoking (P>0.05). The 5 year survival rate of the patients with high expression of E cadherin (>40%) was significantly higher than those with low expression (≤40%) (P< 0.05 ). Conclusion Detection of E cadherin expression may be helpful to predict the prognosis of patients with non small cell lung cancer.
