摘　　要：患儿,男,9岁。右侧膝部疼痛触痛影响行走7个月,经病理及MRI等检查确诊为小汗腺血管错构瘤。采用血管超选择性介入治疗,患者临床表现显著改善,随访1年余未复发。A 9- years- old patient presented with pain and tenderness of right knee for 7 months. The features of biopsy and MRI were in accordance with eccrine angiomatous hamartoma. The patient was treated with super selective vascular intervention and the lesion was clinically improved,without recurrence after the follow- up for one year.
