摘　　要：探讨小细胞肺癌的胸部CT体征及临床特征,总结CT对小细胞肺癌的诊断价值以期提高其诊断准确率。回顾性分析笔者所在医院2015年1月至7月经病理证实为小细胞肺癌且CT资料完整的47例病例。从小细胞肺癌的直接征象和间接征象方面对47例患者胸部CT资料进行总结分析。小细胞肺癌以中央型为主,多表现为肺门类圆形或不规则高密度肿块,多伴有纵膈或肺门淋巴结转移。周围型小细胞肺癌主要表现为肺野周边肿块,具有恶性肿瘤的特性但缺乏特异性。This article is to explore the CT characteristics and clinical features of small cell lung cancer and summarize the value of chest CT in diagnosis of small celt lung cancer and improve the diagnosis accuracy of small cell lung cancer. The authors collected 47 cases in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University, between January 2015 and July 2015, which is menstrual pathological confirmed for small cell lung cancer. Central type is the main performance of small cell lung cancer, more performance for circular or irregular shape high density lump in hilus, accompanied by the hilus and mediastinal lymph node metastasis. Peripheral small cell lung cancer mainly show tumor in the lung peripheral field,which has the characteristics of most malignant tumors,but lack of specificity.
