单胺氧化酶抑制剂在精神科临床应用的研究进展

摘　　要：单胺氧化酶抑制剂是20世纪50年代第一个开发的一种抗抑郁药,具有较好的抗抑郁作用,但由于可能存在严重不良反应和药物相互作用,导致很多临床医生较少使用该药。但近年来,有一些新的研究发现使该类药物又重新走进人们的视野,为使人们能更好地认识到单胺氧化酶抑制剂的相关内容,本文查阅近期国内外相关文献,从单胺氧化酶抑制剂的化学结构、作用机制、精神科的临床应用、不良反应及其应对策略等方面对最新的研究情况进行综述,希望为临床医师在该药的应用方面提供一定的帮助。Monoamine oxidase inhibitor has a better antidepressant effect which is first developed as an antidepressant in the 1950s. But due to the possibility of having serious adverse reactions and drug interactions, most clinicians rarely use it. However, in recent years, several new findings make these drugs into the spotlight once again. In order to make people understand the content of monoamine oxidase inhibitors better, this review consulted recent relevant literatures, from the aspects of chemical structure, mechanism of action, clinical application in psychiatric, adverse reactions, and the preventive solution of monoamine oxidase inhibitor to review the latest research, expecting to provide references to its clinical application.
