摘　　要：股份合作制可以分为企业型和社区型两大类别,国内学者围绕股份合作制的概念、所有制属性、进步与局限等问题集中进行了两次热烈讨论。关于企业型股份合作制的研究相对较为丰富,社区型股份合作制的研究相对薄弱。研究中既有一些共识,也存在一些分歧,留下了进一步探讨的空间。In China,the cooperative joint-stock system can be divided into two categories,namely the enterprise type and the community type.Domestic scholars have done extensive researches on the system,the nature of ownership,its progressive nature as well as its limitations.And there have been two intense debates concerning these issues.However,the focus has been on the enterprise joint-stock system rather than on the community joint-stock system.And while consensus has been reached in some of the issues,others are still open to further discussions.
