摘  要:目的:探讨急诊医生工作中的压力源并提出相应的对策,以减轻或消除压力因素对急诊医生造成的身心危害,最大限度地调动其工作积极性,提高医疗质量,达到患者满意。方法:对深圳市六家综合医院随机抽取急诊科医生(含急诊轮转医师)进行问卷调查,了解其工作压力来源并进行分析。结果:被调查人员的平均压力程度达到95.7%,其中紧张的工作环境;急诊医疗工作风险大、承担的责任大;工作量大、超负荷;医患关系紧张等在本次调查中是最常见的压力源。结论:在急诊科推行精益医疗,运用六西格玛管理方式可减轻或消除急诊医生的工作压力,使急诊医生保持健康的心理和良好的工作状态,最终达到医患双方的满意。Objective: To investigate the source of work pressure of emergency physicians and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to reduce the pressure factors on the emergency physicians mobilizing their enthusiasm for work, improve the medical quality and the satisfaction of patients. Methods:Selected department doctors (including emergency rotating physicians) from six hospitals in Shenzhen and receive the questionnaire survey. Results:The average pressure reached 95.7%. The most common sources of pressure in this survey are the intense work environment. Emergency medical work risk and responsibility, workload overload and the tension of doctor- patientrelationship are important pressure sources. Conclusion: Lean heahhcare is needed in the emergency department. And Six Sigma management can reduce or eliminate the emergency doctors working pressure.
