摘　　要：当下,传统的"生物"医学模式悄然向"社会-心理-生物"医学模式转变。与之相适应,兼顾患者生理-心理治疗的"双心"诊疗模式也正日益引起心血管专科医师的重视。从心血管外科角度出发,在当代医患关系紧张这一现实背景下,对心外科患者合并精神心理障碍的成因,进行深入的探讨,并从医学教育角度对当今心外科医师的培养提出建议。With the transformation of medical pattern from traditional “biomedical model” to “bio-psycho-social medical model”, the psycho-cardiology, which both considers the physiological and psychological state of patients, is drawing attentions of professional cardiovascular specialists. From the surgical viewpoint, the authors of this article deeply discuss the causes, the manifestation of psychological disorders of patients with organic cardiac diseases, and bring out the resolutions to these problems from the perspective of medical education.
