摘　　要：目的：探讨静脉溶栓对合并脑微出血的急性脑梗死后出血性转化的影响。方法抽取2014年10月～2015年6月在我院就诊的98例合并脑微出血的急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组49例，对照组采用安慰剂治疗，观察组采用静脉溶栓治疗，对比两组患者的出血性转化率、病死率和治疗前后的卒中量表评分。结果观察组出血性转化率高于对照组（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义；观察组病死率与对照组对比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组治疗后的卒中量表评分优于对照组（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论静脉溶栓对合并脑微出血的急性脑梗死患者的治疗安全、有效，可有效改善神经功能和远期预后，效果显著。Objective To investigate the correlation between the intravenous thrombolysis combined micro cerebral hemorrhage, the inlfuence of hemorrhagic transformation after acute cerebral infarction. Methods From October 2014 to June 2015, 98 cases of combined micro brain hemorrhage in patients with acute cerebral infarction as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 49 cases in each group and the control group with placebo treatment, observation group uses the intravenous thrombolysis treatment, compared two groups of patients with hemorrhagic conversion rate and case fatality rate and stroke scale score before and after the treatment.Results The observation group of patients with hemorrhagic conversion rate was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically signiifcant, The case fatality rate of patients with observation group, no obvious difference in the control group （P〉0.05）, no statistical significance, Observation group after treatment in patients with stroke scale score was better than control group （P 〈0.05）, the difference was statistically signiifcant.Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis combined micro cerebral hemorrhage in acute cerebral infarction, the treatment of patients with safe, effective, can＆amp;nbsp;effectively improve neural function and long-term prognosis.
