摘  要:为了给兔斯氏艾美耳球虫感染的有效防治方法和途径提供理论依据,试验通过孢子化的斯氏艾美耳球虫卵囊口服感染6只2~3月龄的无球虫新西兰兔,6只不感染兔为阴性对照组,30d后,对其肝脏、胆管以及十二指肠进行超微结构观察比较。结果表明:肝脏、胆管以及十二指肠均出现显著病变,器官和细胞结构严重破坏。肝脏组织中肝细胞结构破坏,细胞器消失,可清晰地观察到斯氏艾美耳球虫的超微结构;胆管上皮细胞亦有部分细胞器消失;十二指肠微绒毛断裂、脱落。说明斯氏艾美耳球虫感染兔后,对兔的消化器官造成了极大的损害。To provide a theoretical basis for effective control methods and approaches for Eimeria stiedae - infected rabbits, sporulated oocysts were given orally to six coecidian - free New Zealand rabbits from two to three months of age. Six uninfected New Zealand rabbits were selected as a negative control group. The specimens of the liver, bile duct and duodenum were collected to observe and compare their ultrastructure after 30 d. The results showed that significant lesions were found in the liver, bile duct and duodenum, and the structure of organs and cells suffered severe damage, and the organdies disappeared; the ultrastructure of Eimeria stiedai could be clearly observed in the surrounding liver cells, and partial organelles also disappeared in bile duct epithelial cells, while the duodenal microvilli of the infected group were broken and dropped off. The results indicate that Eimeria stiedai cause great damage to the digestive system of rabbits after infection.
