摘 要:为了对白化突变金黄地鼠的毛色遗传规律进行分析、验证,试验采用雌性白化金黄地鼠与雄性白化金黄地鼠交配、雌性金黄地鼠与雄性金黄地鼠交配、雌性白化金黄地鼠与雄性金黄地鼠及其F1代兄妹交配、雌性金黄地鼠与雄性白化金黄地鼠及其F1代兄妹交配的方法,观察并统计F1、F2代的表现型及比例。结果表明:F1代未出现性状分离,F2代白色与正常色金黄地鼠的表现型之比近似为1∶3。因此,白化金黄地鼠毛色为常染色体上1对隐性的等位遗传基因。To analyze and verify genetic law of coat color in albino -mutant golden hamsters, the experiments were conducted using female albi- no golden hamsters mated with male albino golden hamsters, female golden hamsters mated with male golden hamsters, the female albino golden hamsters mated with the male golden hamsters and brother - sister mating of the F1 generation, the female golden hamsters mated with the male albino golden hamsters and brother - sister mating of the F1 generation. And then the phenotypes and ratio of F1 and F2 generations were ob- served and counted. The results showed that the character segregation did not appear in the generation of F1 generation, and the ratio of pheno- type was approximately 1:3 between the white color of F2 generation and normal color of golden hamsters. Therefore, the coat color heredity in albino golden hamsters is caused by a pair of recessive alleles on the autosomes.
