摘　　要：以近3届奥运会女排前8名队伍的运动员为研究对象,分别对欧美女排、亚洲女排、中国女排的非技术指标进行纵向、横向的比较分析,力图探讨世界女排运动员非技术指标未来的发展趋势,了解中国女排同世界女排强队在非技术指标方面存在的优劣势,为中国女排备战2016年奥运会提供一定的参考。Taking the top eight teams in the last 3 Olympic Games as research objects,this paper makes both vertical and horizontal comparison on non-technical factors of European,Asian and Chinese teams separately.The paper aims at investigating the future development trend of non-technical factors of women＇s volleyball players worldwide,understanding advantages and disadvantages of Chinese women＇s volleyball players compared with world top teams in terms of non-technical factors,and providing references for Chinese women＇s volleyball team preparing for 2016 Olympic Games.
