创业战略对分维度商业联系构建的非线性机制研究——政治合法性的调节作用

摘　　要：基于组织学习理论和制度理论的双重视角,理论探讨并实证检验了企业先动性、创新性战略对于企业合作联系与竞争联系构建的影响机理及作用差异,并进一步研究了政治合法性对以上路径的影响。根据303家企业的配对调研数据实证分析得出以下结论:企业创新性战略与合作联系、竞争联系均呈正U型相关,而企业先动性战略仅与合作联系呈倒U型关系;此外,政治合法性对上述关系具有不同的调节作用。Based on organizational learning theory and institutional theory, this paper theoretically discusses and empirically examines the nonlinear effects of proactiveness and innovativeness on the formation of cooperative ties and competitive ties, and their potential heterogeneities as well. The contingent effects of political legitimacy has also been addressed. Based on the survey data from 303 paired firm samples in China, the empirical results indicate that： Innovativeness has U-shaped relationships with both cooperative ties and competitive ties, but proactiveness only has a inverted U- shaped relationship with cooperative ties. Meanwhile, political legitimacy exerts different moderating effects on aforementioned relationships.
