甲状腺癌^(131)I治疗及SPECT扫描动态观察的临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :评价ECT扫描在动态观察甲状腺癌13 1I治疗中临床价值。方法 :5 1例经手术后确诊为分化型甲状腺癌患者 ,经几个疗程的13 1I治疗同时加用ECT扫描动态观察。结果 :以各病人前后相应的ECT片对照 ,5例患者第一次ECT扫描显示 :甲状腺显影同时肺显影 (+) ,直至两者影都消失。有 35例病人第一次ECT扫描显示 ,肺不显影 ,甲状腺显影清楚 ,直至两者影都消失。结论 :ECT扫描在动态观察甲状腺癌13 1I治疗中 ,对发现甲状腺癌残余 。Objective:To evaluate clinical value of ECT scan in the treatment of thyriod carcinoma in the way of dynamic observation using 131 I . Methods:51 cases with differentiated thyriod carcinoma after operation undertook 131 I treatment of serval courses plus dynamic observation by ECT scan.Results:5 cases with first ECT scan image thyriod and lung positive upto both of them negative by taking pre and post photograph respectively as comparison. Among them, 35 cases with first ECT scan image lung negative but thyriod clearly positive until both of them change to negative.Conclusion:In the treatment of thyriod carcinoma using 131 I in the way of dynamic observation by ECT scan, in suggests most important clinical significance of outcome to discover thyriod residue, matastase status and post treatment.
