日达仙联合化疗药物经动脉介入栓塞化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :通过免疫调节剂日达仙联合化疗药物经动脉介入栓塞化疗治疗恶性肿瘤 ,观察其安全性、有效性、可行性。方法 :5 8例肝癌、胃癌、肺癌患者分二组 ,A组日达仙 +化疗药物经动脉介入栓塞治疗 ,B组单纯化疗药物经动脉介入栓塞治疗。结果 :日达仙 +化疗药物组介入后副作用明显低于单纯化疗药物组 ,而且细胞免疫水平无明显下降 ,NK细胞及CD4 /CD8比例略有升高。结论 :日达仙联合化疗药物经动脉介入栓塞化疗是安全有效和可行的 。Objective:To observe the safty,effect,availbility of some malignant carcinoma treatment by intra arterial infusion chemotherapy with the immune modifier Zadazin(Thymosin alpha 1)combined with chemotheraputic drugs.Methods:58 paitients were divided into two groups which were treated by intra arterial infusion chemotherapy either,group A with Zadaxin and chemotheraputic drugs,group B with chemotheraputic drugs alone.Results:The side effects of group A were lower than those of group B,and no significant cell immune decrease was observed,the NK cell and CD4/CD8 ration increased moderatly.Conclusion:It is a safe,effective,and available approach in some malignancy treatment by intra arterial infusion chemotherapy used with Zadazin combined with chempotheraputic drugs.
