职业标准与通识素养的价值平衡——媒介融合环境下新闻传播专业硕士培养模式探析

摘　　要：媒介融合环境的生成与确立对我国新闻传播专业硕士培养提出了新的标准和变革要求。作为高层次的新闻传播人才培养方式,新闻传播专业硕士教育需要契合融合媒介传播环境下信息传播的全新职业需求标准,提升在新闻信息采集编辑、整合扩散等传播技术层面的能力培养;同时,也必须增强人文精神、审美意蕴、价值判断等通识素养的素质建构,寻求培养理念的职业标准需求与通识素养维度的价值平衡,从而实现新闻传播专业硕士培养模式与当前新闻信息传播人才社会实际需求的有效对接。The formation and establishment of media convergence environment has put forward new standards and requirements of transformation for the cultivation of graduates majored in news dissemination in China.As a high-level talent cultivation mode of news communication,the graduates majored in news communication should correspond to the new media professional standards of information dissemination in media convergence environment,promote the technical ability training in communication technology such as news and information collecting,editing,integrating and spreading.At the same time,we should also improve the humanistic spirit,aesthetic connotation,value judgment and other general literacy quality construction,seek the balance between professional standards requirements of cultivation idea and the value of general literacy,so as to realize the effective integration of training mode of graduates majored in news communication with the current social actual demand.
