摘  要:多台深海高压环境模拟压力筒的成功实践表明,大开口压力筒采用抗剪环式密封相比于伍德式密封在结构形式和受力特性方面都具有一定优势。目前,抗剪环式密封结构的设计还没有相应的标准,通过分析各接触结构之间载荷的相互作用力,建立了抗剪环式密封结构的简化力学模型,对其进行了受力分析,并讨论了剪切块斜面坡度等参数对作用力的影响。试验与计算结果表明,该简化计算方法可行且偏于安全,为抗剪环式密封结构的设计和强度评价提供了理论参考。The development of multiple deep-sea high pressure environment simulation tanks showed that the shear ring type is better than the woods in terms of structural and mechanical characteristics,but there is no standard or specification appropriated for designing of shear ring type seal structure. A simplified mechanical model of shear ring had been presented based on analysis of the relationship and force among all contact surfaces. Mechanical analysis and the influence of some parameters such as shear ring slope to loading of surfaces had been discussed. Test and calculation results showed that the method of this paper is reasonable and safety. And provided a theoretical reference for shear ring type seal structure design and strength evaluation.
