低级别子宫内膜间质肉瘤的临床病理分析

摘　　要：目的研究低级别子宫内膜间质肉瘤的临床病理特点。方法选择30例低级别子宫内膜间质肉瘤患者,分析其临床特征与病理学形态。结果低级别子宫内膜间质肉瘤的表现为肌壁间与子宫黏膜下结节,浸润性生长,临床表现主要为阴道不规则性出血。镜下肿瘤细胞异型性程度低、类似增生期子宫内膜间质细胞、片状弥漫分布、呈短梭形或卵圆形。少数病例可出现子宫内膜型腺体和性索样结构。结论低级别子宫内膜间质肉瘤分化多样化,不易诊断,诊断时需要结合免疫组化与病理学特点,并注意与其他子宫肿瘤相鉴别。Objective To study the clinical and pathological characteristics of low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma. Methods 30 cases of low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma patients, the morphological analysis of the clinical features and pathology. Results Low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma showed intramural and uterine submucosal nodules, invasive growth, the main clinical manifestations were irregular vaginal bleeding. Microscopic tumor cell atypia degree is low, similar proliferative endometrial stromal ceils, patchy diffuse distribution, a short spindle or oval. The tttmor tissue was adenoid, smooth muscle like, epithelioid, sex cord differentiation in different degree. Conclusion Low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma differentiation diversity, not easy to diagnosis, diagnosis requires a combination of characteristics of immunohistochemistry and pathology, and pay attention to the differential phase and other uterine tumor.
