摘  要:目的探讨nm23-H1和肿瘤转移相关基因(MTA1)蛋白表达与卵巢内膜样腺癌之间的关系。方法运用免疫组化S-P法检测66例卵巢内模样腺癌组织中nm23-H1和MTA1蛋白的表达。结果肿瘤转移相关基因表达高低与卵巢癌-内膜样腺癌临床分期、组织学分级及淋巴结转移情况关系密切(P<0.05);nm23-H1低表达与卵巢内膜样腺癌临床分期、组织学分级及淋巴结转移关系密切(P<0.05);卵巢内膜样腺癌组织中MTA1、nm23-H1蛋白表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 MTA1和nm23-H1蛋白表达与卵巢内膜样腺癌淋巴结转移、分化程度及预后关系密切,可作为卵巢内膜样腺癌患者转移复发的重要指标。Objective To investigate the expression significance of MTA1 and nm23-H1 gene and the relationship between nm23zH1 and MTA1 gene expressions of the effect of biological behavior in human ovarian endometrial edenocarcinoma. Methods S-P Immunohistochemistry used to detect the expressions of mn23-Hland MTA1 protein among 66 human human ovarian endometrial edenocarcinoma tissues. Results The over expression of MTA1 was significantly related with degree of differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05), and the low expression of nm23-H1 protein was significantly related with degree of differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05). In addition, there was a significantly negative correlation between nm23-H1 and MTA1 in human ovarian end0metrial edenocarcinoma. (P〈0.05). Conclusions The expressions of nm23-H1 and MTAlwere significantly related with degree of differentiation, lymph nodemetastasis and prognosis in ovarian endometrial edenocarcinoma, nm23-H1 and MTA1 may be useful markers for evaluation of tumor malignancy, judgment of recurrence and metastasis in patients with ovarian endometrial edenocarcinoma.
