高职生自主创业现状调查及对策研究——以常州高职园区为例

摘　　要：大学生创业面临经验、融资、技术、人才吸引、社会资本等瓶颈。调查显示高职生创业存在着自主创业意识强烈、自主创业领域以低风险行业为主、国家和各级政府的政策扶持力度不够、缺乏创业教育实践平台等问题。政府要在大学生创业过程中提供有利保障措施,学校要在大学生创业过程中提供实践平台,家庭要在创业过程中提供全方位的支持,从而提高高职生成功创业的机率。Innovation and entrepreneurship education, professional education and vocational education are the three passes of education in 21 Century. College students facing the experience, financing, technology, social capital and so on. The investigation of higher vocational college students＇ result shows that their sense of independent entrepreneurship is stronger; the risk of independent entrepreneurship is lower; the support of the government policy is not enough; the practice of the entrepreneurship education is lack. Therefore, the participation of the government, family and school is very necessary.
