摘　　要：为发展科技政策宣讲活动,文章提出从构建科技政策专题知识库、建设面向科技专题知识库的智能化移动信息服务平台、举办各类科技政策专题巡回宣讲活动和建设科技政策辅导员队伍4个方面实现科技政策宣讲过程及其内容,并把该过程和内容应用于某个城市的科技政策宣讲中,取得了一定的效果。To develop science and technology policy preach activities, the process and content of science and technolo- gy policy preach was proposed from four aspects, including construction of science and technology policy subject knowl- edge database, construction of intelligent mobile information service platform for the database, organizing all kinds of science and technology policy subject knowledge tour preach activities and construction of science and technology poli- cy instructor team. The proposed process and content of science and technology policy preach was applied in one city＇ s science and technology policy preach and had achieved a certain effect.
