奥美拉唑联合替普瑞酮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究奥美拉唑联合替普瑞酮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选取101例慢性浅表性胃炎患者,随机分成试验组51例,对照组50例。对照组采用替普瑞酮治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上使用奥美拉唑联合替普瑞酮治疗,观察两组患者治疗后的胃镜检查有效率、病理检查有效率。结果试验组各指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合替普瑞酮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎比单用替普瑞酮效果明显,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the effectiveness of omeprazole combine with teprenone in hronic superficial gastritis. Methods 101 chronic superficial gastritis were selected, randomly divided into experimental group 51 cases and control group 50 cases, control group used teprenone. Experimental group patients used omeprazole combine with teprenone treament. Observed two groups of patients gastroscopy efficient, pathologic examination efficiently after treament. Results Observation group was better than the Control group（P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Omeprazole combine with teprenone the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis combination than teprenone effect is obvious, is worth popularizing in clinical.
