摘 要:为了更有效地使用工位、提高装配线效率,提出一个基于多目标的平行装配线平衡方法。该方法考虑生产节拍、工位数和工位负荷三个互相冲突的目标,建立了基于目标规划的平行装配线多目标优化模型,使三个目标按照不同的优先顺序得到优化。通过具体实例验证了该方法的有效性,同时对三个优化目标进行了敏感性分析。结果表明,该方法可为平行装配线的决策者提供更加灵活的选择。To improve the efficiency of workstations and increase the capacity, an approach of parallel assembly lines balancing based on multi-objective optimization was proposed, which had considered three clashing objectives includ- ed the cycle time, the number of workstations and the workstation load. A goal programming based mathematical model for parallel assembly line was developed and three objectives were optimized. The effectiveness of the pro- posed method was verified with specific experiment, and the sensitivity analysis for three objectives was also done. This methodology provided the flexibility to the decision maker of parallel assembly lines.
