摘 要:为了给液电式馈能减振器的悬架匹配研究提供参考,基于仿真计算和实车道路试验分析了行驶工况和整车参数对商用车馈能悬架振动能量回收潜力的影响;并采用实车道路试验验证了MATLAB/Simulink路面模型和悬架动力学仿真模型的正确性;最后结合减振器台架试验结果,非线性回归拟合了液电式馈能减振器样机的馈能效率曲线。结果表明:整车参数对商用车减振器耗散功率的影响显著性从大到小依次为轮胎刚度、非簧载质量、簧载质量、悬架刚度和悬架阻尼;减振器耗散功率与路面等级、车速、轮胎刚度、非簧载质量和簧载质量的变化成正比,而随着悬架刚度和悬架阻尼的增大而减小。In order to provide a reference for suspension match studies of hydraulic electromagnetic shock absorber,the influence of driving conditions and vehicle parameters on the potential vibration energy harvesting of regenerative suspension for commercial vehicles were analyzed based on simulation calculation and vehicle road test.Vehicle road tests were also carried out to verify the correctness of road model and suspension dynamic simulation model established in MATLAB/Simulink. The energy harvesting efficiency curve of hydraulic electromagnetic shock absorber prototype was fitted by nonlinear regression combining with bench test results of shock absorber.The results show that the influence sequences of vehicle parameters on shock absorber dissipated power of commercial vehicles are tire stiffness,unsprung mass,sprung mass,suspension stiffness and suspension damping in its significant degree.In addition,the shock absorber dissipated power increases with the increasing of road level,vehicle speed,tire stiffness,unsprung mass and sprung mass,while it has a negative relationship with suspension stiffness and suspension damping.The shock absorber dissipated power in suspension system is used as an evaluation index of potential vibration energy harvesting.
