高校后勤实施精细化管理探析

摘　　要：一流的高校需要一流的后勤保障,一流的后勤保障需要一流的后勤管理。精细化管理作为先进的管理手段,已在实践中呈现出卓越的管理成效。文章立足于高校后勤改革与发展面临的现实"瓶颈",对引入精细化管理进行必要性和可行性分析,提出从意识、制度、操作和文化等四个层面构建精细化管理策略,以实现高校后勤管理质的飞跃。First-class universities need first-class logistics,logistics needs first-class logistics management. Fine management as a means of advanced management,has been in practice presents excellent management performance. Based on the reality of the ＂bottleneck＂faced by the college logistics reform and development,this paper makes the necessity and feasibility analysis for the introduction of fine management,and puts forward four aspects to construct the elaborating management strategy from consciousness,system,operation and culture and so on,in order to realize a qualitative leap in the logistics management of colleges and universities.
