林农融资需求与融资渠道选择研究

摘　　要：林农林业经营,离不开资金的投入。林农融资行为对于林业经营极为重要。基于辽宁省西部199份林农调查数据,运用二分类logistic模型和多项式Logistic模型分析了林农融资需求和融资渠道的影响因素。林农融资行为的调查数据表明,林农融资需求不足。发生融资行为的林农更愿意选择向亲戚朋友借贷的民间融资渠道,选择传统的信用贷款及新型的林权抵押贷款等正式融资渠道的较少。研究发现,男性、年龄小、未加入林业合作组织的北票市的林农发生借贷的可能性较低;年龄、参加林业合作组织情况对选择民间融资渠道具有正向影响,性别对选择正式融资渠道具有正向影响,选择民间融资渠道的概率从大到小依次是建平、双塔、彰武。因此,政府应加强妇女金融知识的培训,提高农民受教育程度,鼓励林农积极参加林业合作组织,打破林农林业资金的掣肘,实现林业可持续发展。Forest management can not leave the capital input. Forestry financing behavior is significant to promote the forestry management. Based on the 199 survey data of foresters in western Liaoning province,This paper analyzes the influence factors of foresters to borrow by binary classification Logistic regression analysis model,and finacial channel by Multinomial Logistic model. foresters household financing survey data show that foresters are lack of financing demand. foresters who have financing behavior are more willing to choose to borrow from relatives and friends of the private financing channels. Less foresters choose the formal financing channels,such as traditional credit loans and the new forest right mortgage loan. The Study found that foresters who are male and the younger who did not join of forestry cooperation organization and live in Beipiao region had lower likelihood of borrowing. Age and to participate in the forestry cooperative organization has a positive influence on private lending,gender has a positive influence on formal financing channel choice,the probability of choose folk financing channels from big to small in turn is Jianping,The Twin Towers Distict,and Zhang Wu. Therefore,the government should strengthen the women＇s financial knowledge training,raising foresters＇ level of education,encourage foresters to take part in the forestry cooperation organization actively,break foresters forestry capital constraint,to realize the sustainable development of forestry.
