高校图书馆数字化参考咨询服务探析——以河南工程学院图书馆为例

摘　　要：参考咨询服务是高校图书馆的核心业务,尤其是数字化参考咨询服务,已经成为参考咨询服务发展的主体和必然。数字化参考咨询服务在各个高校图书馆的发展存在差异。总体来说,高校图书馆应从增加服务方式、拓展服务项目,整合参考咨询栏目、加大宣传力度,提高咨询人员的素质等方面来改进数字化参考咨询服务。Reference service has been the core service in university library, especially digital reference service, which has been the subject and necessity of the reference service development. The development of digital reference service has differences in specific university library. In general, to improve the digital reference service, university library should add up to the service ways, broaden the service items, integrate the columns, improve the propaganda and the consultant＇s service quality.
