摘 要:为满足胜利油田东辛线原油增输需求,依据东辛线原油的物性参数,选取4种流动改性剂,在室内对东辛线原油进行了凝点、黏度、油溶性、增输率以及安全环保性能的影响评价。室内评价结果表明:减阻剂SLWODR1的增输效果最好,而且对原油质量和后续加工无影响,推荐加药浓度为80~150mg/L。东辛线增输工业小试实验结果表明:在加药浓度为80~100 mg/L时,原油库的增输量达到了15%以上,增输效果比较明显。In order to increase the crude oil transportation capacity of Dongxin oil pipeline, the influences of four flow modifiers on the crude oil pour point and the crude oil viscosity of Dongxin pipeline and their oil solubility, oil transportation capacity enhancing rate and the safety and environmental protection performance are evaluated. It is shown that the transportation increasing effect of friction reduc- er SLWODR1 is the best among them, and it has no influence on the quality and subsequent processing of crude oil, its dosing concentra- tion of 80 - 150 mg/ L is recommended. The small industrial test results of Dongxin pipeline show that in the dosing concentration is 80 100 rag/L, the oil transportation capacity enhancing ratio can reach more than 15%. So friction reducer SLWODR1 has an obvious oil transportation capacity enhancing effect.
