摘　　要：习近平担任总书记以来,对社会主义法治思维方式作了许多重要论述,提出一系列法治新思想与新观点,丰富与发展了中国特色社会主义法治理论。本文以习近平关于全面依法治国系列讲话与重要论断为依据,从主事尊法、做事信法、遇事找法、决事用法、办事依法与行事守法的新常态,阐述习近平法治思维方式的特征。Since having taken the post as Secretary-General of the CPC Central Committee,Comrade Xi Jinping has made many important expositions on the way of thinking about the socialist rule of law,put forward a series of new ideas and new perspectives on the rule of law,enriched and developed the theory of socialism rule of law with Chinese characteristics. On basis of a series of speeches and important conclusions by Xi Jinping on the comprehensive rule of law,from the new normal of following the law during policy making,believing in law during practices,seeking legal solutions in case of contradictions,using the law during the decision making,according to the law during doing things,obeying the law when handling matters,etc.,this thesis expounds on the basic characteristics of the way of thinking by Xi Jinping on the rule of law.
