摘 要:提高地铁车辆地板铝型材的隔声性能,是有效控制其车内噪声的重要途径之一。以国内某常见地铁车辆地板铝型材为研究对象,利用混响室—混响室的隔声试验方法,以计权隔声量和隔声效率为评价指标,探究了喷涂阻尼浆对地板铝型材隔声特性的影响规律,结合仿真分析,深入探究了喷涂4、6、8mm厚度的阻尼浆对铝型材隔声特性的影响规律。结果表明,喷涂阻尼浆可达到提高地铁车辆地板铝型材隔声性能的目的,且主要提高了中高频隔声量,随着阻尼浆厚度的增加,其计权隔声量增加量呈现逐渐减小的趋势,隔声效率逐渐降低。该研究结果可为地铁车辆地板结构隔声性能的改善提供数据支持和选材依据。Improving the sound insulation property of the aluminium profile is an important way to control the noise in the metro carriages.Taking a common domestic metro vehicle aluminium floor for the study,using reverberation-reverberation chamber as sound insulation test method and weighted sound reduction and sound insulation efficiency as evaluation index,the characteristics influencing the plasma spraying damping aluminium floor insulation was explored.Combined with the simulation analysis,the influence of 4 mm,6mm and 8mm thickness damping pulp on the sound insulation characteristics of aluminum profile is studied.The results show that spraying damping slurry can achieve the purpose of improving the sound insulation property of the floor of the metro vehicles,and the main increase of the medium and high frequency sound insulation,but with the increase of the thickness of the slurry,the increase of the weight loss is gradually reduced,and the sound insulation efficiency is gradually reduced.The results of this study can provide data support and material basis for improving the sound insulation performance of metro vehicles.
