摘　　要：钱钟书的《史记》学成就主要体现于《管锥编》中。治《史记》时,钱钟书引经据典,又常常引入古典小说话语,或释《史记》文本疑难,或论《史记》对经典的继承之绩,或申《史记》的开创之功,或解《史记》叙事之妙,使其《史记》之学呈现出通俗易懂而又不失庄雅的学术特点。Qian Zhongshu＇s achievements of Historical Records are mainly reflected in his work Guanzhuibian. While studying Historical Records,Qian invoked the classics and often quoted classical narrative discourse,which were used as releasing the suspects of the text in the book of Historical Records,discussing its inheriting cultural legacies,explaining its pioneering contribution,and analyzing the narrative art of it,thus making his achievements have not only popular and understandable,but also serious and graceful.
