摘　　要：高校精品开放在线课程是精品课程和精品开放课程的继承与发展,是高等教育信息化深度发展的历史必然,是知识经济时代高校开展教育教学活动的基本依据和实现人才培养目标的根本保证,其建设对培养学生综合能力和促进教师专业发展具有重要意义。近年来,我国高校精品课程和精品开放课程建设取得了显著成效,但同时也存在缺乏科学的课程规划、先进的课程理念、合理的课程设计、优质的课程资源和有效的课程评价等问题与不足。结合当前高校大规模开放在线课程MOOC建设理念,构建了制定科学的课程建设规划、吸纳先进的课程建设理念、采取合理的课程教学设计、开发优质的课程内容资源、运用科学的课程评价手段等策略,以期有效促进我国高校精品开放在线课程高效建设和科学发展。College excellent open online course is the succession and development of excellent course and excellent open course,the necessity of higher education＇s informationization deepening development,the basic foundation of developing education teaching activities and fundamental guarantee of achieving talents foster objective by colleges in knowledge economic age,which is significant in training college students＇ comprehensive ability and promoting teacher＇s professional development. In recent years,our college excellent course and excellent open course construction have achieved great effects,meanwhile,they have problems and defects,such as the lack of scientific course planning,the shortage of advanced course idea,inefficiency of reasonable course design,less quality course resource and inefficient course assessment. On the basis of the current college massive open online course MOOC constructing idea,this paper constructs five strategies,such as making scientific curriculum construction planning,absorbing the advanced curriculum construction idea,taking reasonable curriculum teaching design,developing the high quality curriculum content resources and using the scientific curriculum evaluation method,to promote college excellent open online course＇s efficient construction and scientific development in China.
