摘　　要：随着显微外科技术日趋成熟,穿支皮瓣的应用也日益广泛。穿支皮瓣不携带供区肌肉组织,对供区损伤小,适于在形态和功能上修复舌缺损。因此,近年来穿支皮瓣在修复舌缺损中的应用日益受到人们重视。经典的股前外侧穿支皮瓣形式趋于多样化,胫前动脉穿支皮瓣、腹壁下动脉穿支皮瓣等各种新类型的穿支皮瓣不断涌现,其设计和应用也趋于灵活,为舌功能的重建提供了新的方向。With the development of the microsurgical technology becoming more mature,the application of perforator flaps is becoming popular. Perforator flaps with muscles splitted can not only make the neotongue mobile but also minimize the morbidity at the donor-site. Therefore,the application of perforator flaps in tongue reconstruction is being more valued. The application of anterolateral thigh perforator flaps is becoming more diversified and people are focusing more on new kinds of perforator flaps,such as anterior tibial artery perforator flap and deep inferior epigastric perforator flap,and the more flexible design and application provide us new ways for functional tongue reconstruction.
