摘　　要：目的探讨125I粒子植入治疗肺癌的临床价值。方法将2012年7月至2015年7月重庆市巴南区人民医院收治的中晚期肺癌患者80例按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用吉西他滨+顺铂化疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上于CT引导下植入125I粒子,两组患者均随访12个月。比较两组患者的临床疗效,分别于治疗前和治疗后1、3、6、12个月比较两组患者生活质量和血清生长抑素(SS)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平。结果观察组总有效率为82.5%(33/40),对照组为55.0%(22/20),观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后1、3、6、12个月KPS评分较治疗前均呈先降低后增高趋势(P<0.05),观察组治疗后3、6、12个月KPS评分均显著高于同时段对照组[(75±7)分比(71±7)分,(81±8)分比(76±7)分,(84±8)分比(76±7)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1、3、6、12个月两组患者血清SS、VEGF水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),其中观察组治疗后各时段血清SS、VEGF水平显著低于同时段对照组[(133±13)ng/L比(157±18)ng/L,(125±14)ng/L比(147±17)ng/L,(113±9)ng/L比(130±11)ng/L,(120±10)ng/L比(134±12)ng/L;(217±15)ng/L比(261±16)ng/L,(158±13)ng/L比(198±13)ng/L,(132±9)ng/L比(146±12)ng/L,(137±8)ng/L比(154±8)ng/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论125I粒子植入联合化疗能够显著提高中晚期肺癌的临床疗效和生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficiency of 125 iodine seeds implantation on lung cancer patients. Methods A total of 80 advanced lung cancer patients treated in Banan Disctrict People＇s Hospital were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,40 cases each. The control group was treated with gemcitabine ＋ cisplatin chemotherapy regimen,and the observation group was added with CT guided implantation of 125 iodine seeds,both groups were followed up for 12 months. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,and quality of life and serum somatostatin（ SS）,vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF） levels of the two groups were compared before treatment and after 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months of treatment. Results The effective rate was 82. 5%（ 33 /40） in the observation group,55. 0%（ 22 /40） in the control group,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The KPS of the two groups ofter 1,3,6,12 months first increased and then decreased compared with before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and after 3,6 and 12 months KPS score of the observation group [（ 75 ± 7）,（ 81 ± 8）,（ 84 ± 8） scores]were significantly higher than the control group[（ 71 ± 7）,（ 76 ± 7）,（ 76 ± 7） scores] in same period after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The serum SS,VEGF levels after 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months of treatment of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the observation group＇ s SS [（ 133 ± 13）,（ 125 ± 14）,（ 113 ± 9）,（ 120 ± 10） ng/L],VEGF[（ 217 ± 15）,（ 158 ± 13）,（ 132 ± 9）,（ 157 ± 18） ng/L] were significantly higher than the control group＇s[（ 137 ± 8）,（ 147 ± 17）,（ 130 ± 11）,（ 134 ± 12）,（ 261 ± 16）,（ 198 ± 13）,（ 146 ± 12）,（ 154 ± 8） ng/L] in same period after treatment（ P〈0. 05）.
