摘 要:针对某超超临界汽轮机组,通过CFX数值软件模拟了汽轮机组进汽道及斜置静叶通道内部的流动情况。通过对内部流场的分析,可以得出静叶斜置后的利弊情况,通过观察进气角分布,周向各位置叶表的压力分布以及对应的速度矢量和压力分布,可以发现进汽腔体所带来的周向不对称性会对下游叶片流动产生较大的影响,使得静叶进口处的流动角差别较大,导致汽轮机偏离其工作条件。进汽腔配置斜置静叶之后,进汽腔所引起的出口处周向不均匀性在流经斜置静叶后会得到较大的改善,从而使得下游流动参数更加均匀,有益于机组的运行和转子寿命的延长。In this paper, numerical simulation of skew stators with inlet chamber of ultra supercritical steam turbines is carried out through CFX. By analyzing the inner flow field of skew stators, losses and ben- efits from skew stators can be obtained, which provides references to future design of skew stators and im- proves the through-flow design. Based on the distribution of the flow angle at the inlet, the blade surface pressure at different circumferential positions, and the velocity vectors and static pressure contours at 50% span, it could be concluded that the circumferential asymmetry due to inlet chamber would affect the flow in downstream blade rows, causing deviation in the working state of the steam turbine, eventually undermin- ing the machine. However, with a row of skew stators installed, the circumferential asymmetry condition is improved significantly, and the flow in the downstream blade rows becomes much more uniform, which is seen to be helpful for the operation of the turbine and the protection of rotors.
