摘 要:目的对该院健康体检人群血清胸苷激酶1(TK1)的测定结果进行分析,探讨其对肿瘤及相关疾病的筛查意义。方法对该院6 436例健康体检者行TK1检测。采用高灵敏度点印染/免疫印迹增强化学发光法检测TK1,同时进行常规体检。对TK1检测的阳性率,与年龄的相关性及相关疾病筛查进行分析。结果 (1)TK1阴性者(正常组)平均值(0.64±0.52)pmol/L;TK1阳性者(风险组)299例,阳性率(风险率)为4.65%,平均值(3.57±3.12)pmol/L,两组TK1水平比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-8.340,P〈0.05)。其中男性阳性率为4.18%,女性阳性率为5.31%,男女间阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(χ-2=0.28,P〉0.05)。(2)TK1正常组和风险组的年龄比较,差异有统计学意义(t=6.28,P〈0.05)。(3)TK1表达阳性的299例中,恶性肿瘤8例,占2.68%;良性肿瘤75例,占25.08%;癌前病变15例,占5.02%;其他非肿瘤增殖性疾病117例,占39.13%;病毒感染及炎症性疾病27例,占9.03%;其他疾病57例,占19.06%。TK1表达阴性的6 137例中发现1例为晚期肝癌。结论 TK1可真实评估体内细胞异常增殖情况,预测可能潜在的肿瘤疾病或细胞异常增殖疾病发生的风险。Objective To investigate the level of serum thymidine kinase 1(TK1)in physical examination,in order to discusses its significance for screening of tumor and related diseases.Methods A total of 6 436 people who participated in health physical examination were tested for TK1 by using sensitive chemiluminescence′s dot blot assay/western blot enhanced chemiluminescence.The correlation between positive rate of TK1 examination and the age and related disease were analyzed.Results(1)The level of TK1 of positive group(high risk group)was higher than that of the negative group(normal group)[(3.57±3.12)pmol/L vs.(0.64±0.52)pmol/L;t=-8.340,P〈0.05),the positive detection rate of TK1 was 4.65%(299/6 436).The TK1 level was not correlated with gender(man 4.18% vs.woman 5.31%,χ^2=0.28,P〈0.05).(2)The mean age of individuals in the positive group was higher than that in the negative group(t=6.28,P〈0.05).(3)In the positive group(299cases),there were 2.68% malignancy(8cases),25.08% benign(75cases),5.02% pre-malignant tumor(15cases),39.13% nontumorous proliferation disease(117cases),9.03% virus or infection disease(27cases),and 19.06% other diseases(57cases).One case of advanced hepatocarcinoma was found in the negative group.Conclusion TK1 measurement could reflect the situation of cell proliferation and predict the risk of any type of malignancy.
