摘 要:永磁同步电动机(PMSM)以其效率高、过载能力强、功率密度高、响应快、体积小等特点适合应用于电动汽车驱动系统.PMSM是一个多变量、强耦合、非线性的不确定控制对象,基于自抗扰控制(ADRC)技术的PMSM控制,不依赖受控对象的数学模型.研究基于ADRC控制技术对于多变量系统耦合,采用S-函数实现了ADRC控制算法,解决多输入—输出解耦控制.构建了在MATLAB/Simulink环境下的仿真结构图,仿真结果表明:定子磁链轨迹是圆形,转速响应能快速跟随给定转速,转矩动态响应快,自抗扰应用于永磁同步电机控制性能良好.Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) is widely used in electric vehicle drive system with its high efficiency,strong overload capacity,fast response,small volume,etc. PMSM is a multivariable and uncertain control object. The research based on the immunity control technology of all-digital fuzzy control(ADRC)doesn'trely on the controlled object model.Based on multivariable system, control algorithm of ADRC is realized by using S-function to solve multiple input-output decoupling control. The simulation diagram is built in MATLAB/Simulink environment,and the simulation results prove the all-digital fuzzy self immunity multivariable decoupling control system, and the traditional decoupling PID coordination control low overshoot,oscillation,strong anti-interference ability,and strong robustness.
