摘 要:以发病草莓根际土壤为分离对象,采用平板稀释法及平板对峙法,分离并鉴定抗草莓灰霉病的病原菌。结果表明:从土壤中分离到1株对草莓灰霉病具有明显抑菌作用的细菌,通过形态、生理生化特性分析以及16SrDNA序列同源性比较,鉴定该菌株为解淀粉芽孢杆菌,命名为CM3。菌株CM3的发酵产物对温度、酸碱度和紫外线均不敏感,储存多天后仍能保持抑菌活性。Taking rhizosphere soil of pathogenetic strawberry as isolation object,using plate dilution and confrontation methods,the bacteria against strawberry gray mold was isolated and identified.The results showed that a new bacteria stain,named CM3,with high antifungal activity against Botrytis cinerea was isolated.According to its mophological,physiological and biochemical characteristics as well as 16 SrRNA sequences,CM3 was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.The fermentation products of strain CM3 was not sensitive to the change of temperature,pH and the UV irradiation,and still could maintain the high antifungal activity after a few days.Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CM3 was an excellent biocontrol agent for strawberry gray mold.
