摘 要:Hertz接触应力理论是经典的理论,它涉及的计算过程比较繁杂。针对一般的接触问题,通过理论分析和数值拟合,给出了接触曲率函数与接触椭圆率的关系,利用接触曲率函数直接计算出接触椭圆率,不再需要查表和插值计算这种麻烦和不准确的过程,使得接触计算变得相对简化。同时,根据弹性力学分析的结果,建立了接触区表面下关键点的应力状态估计方法和材料屈服强度校核方法。为工程实际应用带来很大的便利。Hertz contact stress theory is the classic theory,it involves more complicated calculation process. In this paper,through theoretical analysis and numerical fitting,a relationship of the contact curvature function and contact elliptical rate was found,that is ln( 1 / e) = 0. 224[ln[1 / F( ρ) ]^(1. 407). Then,a elliptical rate is calculated directly by contacting curvature function,no longer need to process the look-up table and interpolation calculation that would be a kind of trouble and not accurate. At the same time,the stress states at a key point of contact body are found by elastic analysis results,and a method of the yield strength checking is estimated. It could bring convenience in engineering application.
