摘 要:以某塑料控制面板为例,从塑件工艺分析至模具结构设计进行了较全面的阐述。由于选取的塑件结构相对复杂,因此设计了三板式带侧抽与斜顶结构的模具。整个过程首先利用Moldflow软件对注塑成型中的浇注系统与冷却系统关键参数进行仿真分析,然后利用UG软件对模具结构进行设计。通过CAD/CAE的集成技术获得了最佳的浇注与冷却方案,同时也验证了模具结构的合理性。该示例为此类塑件的模具设计提供了参考,可极大地缩短设计周期,同时也可对该塑件的产品缺陷具有一定的预知和防护作用。Taking a plastic control panel as an example, from the process analysis of plastic parts, the design of die structure has been expounded. Because of the complex structure of the selected plastic parts, the three plate with the side pumping and inclined roof structure of the mold was designed. In the whole process, the Moldflow software was used to simulate and analyze the key parameters of the gating system and the cooling system in the injection molding process, and then the mold structure was designed by UG software. The best casting and cooling schemes were obtained through the integration technology of CAD/CAE, and the rationality of the die structure was verified. This example provides a reference for the mold design of this kind of plastic parts, can greatly shorten the design cycle, but also can have certain prediction and protection function to the product defects of the plastic parts.
