摘　　要：目的 探讨胃间质瘤的特点、诊断和治疗方法。方法 回顾1990年1月～2001年1月收治的胃间质瘤32例 ,结合文献分析。结果 6例肝转移死亡 ,未发现局部复发 ;2例肝转移带瘤生存 ;其余生存良好。结论 本病的诊断依据病史、临床表现 ,结合辅助检查 ,肿瘤大小 ,组织学形态及免疫组化综合分析判断。治疗以局部切除为主 ,恶性者作胃大部或全胃切除 ;淋巴结清扫并不延长生存时间。Objective To explore the feature,diagnosis and treatment of gastric Interstitial neoplasm. Methods A retrospective analysis(1990.1-2001.1) of 32 cases of gastric Interstitial neoplasm was perfromed combining reference . Results 6 cases of liver metastasis died without local relapsing. 2 cases of liver metastasis are alive with neoplasm. The others are all alive. Conclusion The diagnosis of gastric interstitial neoplasm is based on the comprehensive analysis of its history, clinical situation, combining special examination, tumor size histological morphosis and immunohistochemistry; local resection is the principal treatment for benign tumors, the treatment of maligngnt tumors are subtotal or total gastrectomy, lymphnode clearance is not increase the survival time accordingly.
