摘　　要：采用单因素和正交试验的方法对有机溶剂浸提法提取火棘种子油的工艺进行优化研究。选取提取试剂、提取时间、提取温度、提取料液比等条件对火棘籽油的提取工艺进行单因素试验研究,再选取3因素3水平进行L9（33）正交试验确定最佳工艺条件。结果表明院用石油醚玉（30~60益）为浸提剂,在温度75益,料液比1：8（W：V）的条件下浸提4 h,所得火棘籽粗油得率最高,可达6.87%,油质较好。Using single factor and orthogonal test method to study extraction technology by solvent method.Select the extraction reagents,extraction time,extraction temperature,extraction conditions of so]id to liquid ratio of Pyracantha fortuneana seed oil extraction process of single factor experiment, and then select the 3 factors and 3 levels L9（33） orthogonal test to determine the optimum process conditions.The results showed that petro- leum ether （30-60 ℃ ） as solvents, temperature 75 ℃, solid-liquid ratio 1：8 （W：V）, extraction time 4 h.Under this conditions, the Pyrocanthafortuneana seeds had the highest rate of crude oil,up to 6.87%, and better quality.
