摘　　要：近年来,我国食用菌产业取得了长足发展。该文介绍了我国食用菌产业发展现状,总结了我国发展食用菌产业的优势,以促进产业结构调整,减少环境污染,增加农民收入。In recent years, the edible mushroom had made substantial development with the steady increasing of production in China.This paper introduced the development situation of edible mushroom,summarizod the advantages of edible mushroom industry,in order to adjust the industry structure, reduce environmental pollution, increase farmers＇ income.
