71例酒精所致精神和行为障碍患者临床特征分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院酒精所致精神和行为障碍住院患者的临床特征。方法:对2011年1月1日-2013年12月31日出院的酒精所致精神和行为障碍住院患者,通过查阅患者的住院病历并收集相关信息进行回顾性分析。结果:(1)共收集到71名住院酒精所致精神和行为障碍患者,全部为男性,以工人(25.35%)、农民(38.03%)及无业者(22.54%)为主;(2)平均首次饮酒年龄(23.45±7.58)岁。首次出现精神和行为障碍前平均饮酒时间窗为(20.94±7.58)年。平均首发精神症状和行为障碍年龄(45.10±11.03)岁。患者平均共患躯体疾病数为(1.96±1.15)个,其中90.14%患者共患有躯体疾病;(3)53.52%患者有肇事肇祸行为。结论:酒精所致精神和行为障碍以男性、文化程度低、经济条件差、体力劳动者患病率高。有较长的饮酒时间窗,精神障碍起病晚。躯体合并症多。肇事肇祸常见。Objective： To understand the clinical features of inpatients with alcohol induced psychotic disorders. Methods： The data of inpatients due to alcohol induced psychotic disorder were collected. The medical records were reviewed. The demographic information and illness-related information were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results：（ 1） Altogether 71 cases discharged from 2011 to2013 were diagnosed as alcohol induced psychotic disorder. All was male,the most are worker（ 25. 4%） / farmer（ 38. 0%） and unemployed（ 22. 5%）.（ 2） The mean first drinking age was（ 23. 45 ± 7. 58）,before Mental disorders appeared,they had drinking safely average（ 20. 94 ± 7. 58） years,The average initial psychiatric symptoms age was 45. 10 ± 11. 03 years old,The average number of comorbidity somatic diseases was（ 1. 96 ± 1. 15）,and 90. 1% patients are comorbidty with somatic diseases.（ 3） 53. 5% patients had trouble making behavior（ Violating social security and committing crime）. Conclusion： Alcohol induced psychotic disorder with a high prevalence of male,low education level,poor economic conditions,physical labor. There is safe drinking time window is longer and late onset of mental disorders. Comorbidty of multiple Somatic complications was so common. The troublemaking behavior was common too.
