摘　　要："互联网+"时代高校相关信息系统建设研究面临以移动互联网为代表的新技术条件和战略要求。移动互联网的能力提效和标准规范化是高校实验室管理信息系统建设中的重要问题,其研究有助于高校实验室更好地以科技服务于社会和人才培养。通过将ISO17025标准引入到高校实验室信息管理系统建设,有助于提高面向社会提供鉴定、评估、测量、培训服务的质量与标准化,有利于高校实验室更多地参与国际实验室认可领域的双边、多边合作。在国内高校高标准的实验室管理信息系统建设中引入ISO17025标准,也具有突出的引领作用和指向意义。The construction and research of the information related system in the ＂Internet plus＂ era is facing the new technical conditions and the strategic requirements of the mobile Internet. The ability to improve the efficiency and standardization of the mobile Internet is an important problem in the construction of laboratory management information system in olleges and uni- versities. The related research is beneficial for university laboratory to serve society and talent training. The introduction of ISO17025 standard to the university laboratory management sys- tem construction is helpful to improve the quality and standardization of the society-oriented services, such as authentication, assessment, measurement and training. It is conducive for the university laboratory to participate in the bilateral and multilateral cooperation in the field that is International Laboratory Accredited. The introduction of ISO17025 standards in the con- struction of high standard laboratory management information system in Chinese universities also possesses a salient guiding role and directing significance.
