微螺钉型种植支抗矫治成人双颌前突的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨运用微螺钉型种植体支抗对双颌前突畸形患者进行矫正治疗的临床应用价值。方法选取2012年2月至2014年3月期间,因双颌前突畸形来我院进行正畸治疗的成年患者共计62例,根据所选择治疗方法的不同,分为微螺钉型种植体支抗组(A组,27例)以及口外支抗组(B组,35例),并对两组的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果A组的矫正治疗时间较B组明显缩短,差异显著(P<0.05);A组患者的上唇突度、下唇突度、上唇-E线、下唇-E线以及唇间隙治疗前后变化差值均大于B组,差异显著(P<0.05);A组患者的上切牙突度、下切牙突度、上中切牙角、下中切牙角、上牙槽突度以及下牙槽突度治疗前后变化差值均大于B组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论运用微螺钉型种植体支抗可为双颌前突畸形患者的矫正治疗提供满意的支抗作用,其临床效果较口外支抗优,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical application value of micro screw implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment of patients with bimaxillary protrusion. Methods Selected a total of 62 cases of orthodontic treatment for adult patients, because the bimaxillary protrusion deformity in our hospital in February 2012 to 2014 March, according to choose the different treatment methods, divided into micro screw implant anchorage group（group A, n=27）and extraoral anchorage group（group B, 35 cases）, compared the treatment effect of the two groups. Results The orthodontic treatment time in group A was significantly shorter than that in group B（P〈0.05）; The difference of upper lip protrusion,lower lip protrusion, upper lip-E line, lower lip-E line and lip gap before and after the treatment in group A were higher than those in group B（P 0.05）; The difference of the upper incisors protrusion, lower incisors protrusion, the upper central incisors angle、the lower central incisors angle, upper alveolar protrusion and lower alveolar protrusion before and after treatment in group A were greater than those in group B（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Micro screw implant anchorage can provide satisfactory antitumor effect in orthodontic treatment of patients with bimaxillary protrusion,its clinical effect is better than extraoral anchorage, it is worth in the clinical application.
