摘　　要：随着全面深化改革、推进依法治国、新型作战力量建设及提高部队实战化水平等实践活动的新常态开展,国防动员机构要适应和把握新常态,适应国防动员机构调整,推动国防动员法治建设,强化铸魂兴武意识,调整国防动员储备区,加速国防动员实战化准备,不断构建现代国防动员工作新常态,为国防动员活动由潜力向实力转化提供重要战略支撑。With the new development in comprehensive reform, promotion of the rule of law, construction of new combat force, and strengthening combat power, the national defense mobilization organizations should adapt to and understand the new status, especially adapt to adjustment of national defense mobilization structure, promote rule of law in national defense mobilization, consolidating the soul and combat will, modify mobilization reserve areas, accelerate national defense mobilization combat readiness, and continue to build the new normal of modern national defense mobilization work so as to provide strategic support for the conversion of national defense mobilization potential to real capacity.
