摘  要:企业外部关系网络对产品创新绩效的作用如何?作用强度是否存在差异?文章探讨了以产业为基点的企业两类关系网络对产品创新绩效的差异化作用和协同交互影响,并且利用高新技术企业的数据进行了实证检验。研究发现,产业内部网络和产业外部网络对产品创新效率、创新绩效都有促进作用。然而,对于产品创新效率而言,产业内部关系网络的作用相对更强;对于产品创新效果来说,产业外部关系网络的作用相对更强。此外,产业内部网络和产业外部网络对产品创新效果绩效与产品创新效率具有互补协同的促进作用。本研究的发现将有助于进一步深入理解企业关系网络对于企业创新的影响。What effect does the external network have on product innovation performance? Is there any difference between thestrength of the effects? This study established a theoretical framework on the relationship between corporate external networkand product innovation performance,and carried on an empirical test,in order to reflect the effects of intra-industry and extra-industry networks on product innovation efficiency performance and product innovation effectiveness performance. The studyfound that both the intra-industry and extra-industry networks have promoting effects on product innovation efficiency and in-novation performance. However,the intra-industry network has a stronger promoting effect on product innovation efficiency,whereas the extra-industry network has a stronger promoting effect on product innovation effectiveness. Moreover,the intra-in-dustry and extra-industry networks have a complementary and cooperative promoting effect on product innovation effective-ness performance and product innovation efficiency performance. The findings of this study will help to further understand theeffect of enterprise relationship network on corporate innovation.
