摘  要:温室大棚冬季保暖对于农产品的生长极为重要,为保证冬季温室温度在合适范围内,确保作物正常生长,设计采用太阳能热水器和加热水箱两大热源进行辅助增热的系统控制电路。系统采用温度传感器DS18B20对温室温度、太阳能热水器温度和电加热水箱温度进行实时监测,用电极片式水位检测器监测太阳能热水器和电热水箱中的水位,单片机根据各传感器所采集的温度与水位信息控制外部设备执行相应动作,完成先使用太阳能热水器辅助增热,再利用电加热水箱增热过程,达到节能增产的目的。Heating in winter is very important to greenhouse production.To keep greenhouse temperature in appropriate range,a control system combined with solar heating and electrical heating was designed in this paper.In this system,sensors of DS18B20 were adopted as temperature sensor to real-time temperature monitoring for greenhouse temperature,solar heater temperature and electric heating tank temperature,and the water level electrode type detector was used to monitor the water level of the solar heater and the electrical heating water tank.The information of temperature and water level were acquired by MCU,then the corresponding actuators were controlled by MCU to work,and achieved heating greenhouse,a dual heat sources heating system based on multi-point temperature measurement was established.
