奥利司他对谷氨酸钠诱导肥胖小鼠的减肥作用

摘　　要：【目的】探讨奥利司他对谷氨酸钠诱导的肥胖小鼠的减肥作用。【方法】用谷氨酸钠建立小鼠肥胖模型,造模成功后,将肥胖小鼠分为3组,模型组、奥利司他低剂量组(60 mg/kg)和奥利司他高剂量组(120 mg/kg),每组7只,连续灌胃给药6周。观察药物干预后小鼠体质量及Lee氏指数的变化、腹围及腹腔内白色脂肪组织的湿重。【结果】奥利司他能减轻体质量及Lee氏指数,并减少腹型肥胖的程度,减少腹部白色脂肪的重量(P<0.05)。【结论】奥利司他对谷氨酸钠诱导的肥胖小鼠有明显减肥作用。【Objective】To explore the antiobesic effect of orlistat on monosodium glutamate（MSG）-induced obese mice.【Methods】Mouse obese model was induced by MSG. The obese mice were divided into 3 groups（7 mice per group）： model group, low dose of orlistat group（60 mg/kg） and high dose of orlistat group（120 mg/kg）. The intragastric adminstration lasted continuously for 6 w. Then body mass, Lee＇s index, abdominal circumference and wet mass of abdominal white adipose tissues were measured.【Results】 Orlistat could reduce body mass, Lee＇s index, abdominal obesity degree and the mass of abdominal white adipose tissues（P0.05）.【Conclusion】Orlistat has obvious antiobesic effect on MSG-induced obese mice.
